Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking individuals with experience and skills in the following thematic areas:

Governance & Institutional Reform: Improve security sector governance and institutional frameworks.

Strategic Communication: Design compelling communication strategies, manage social media campaigns, and master content storytelling.Gender & Inclusion: Be a part of shaping policies related to Lebanon’s NAP 1325 and the Women, Peace, and Security agenda.

Civil-Military Cooperation & Community Engagement: Foster dialogue and cooperation between civil society and military forces.

Mediation & Conflict Resolution: Guide effective mediation and peaceful resolution processes.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and results-based Management (RBM): Ensure project success through rigorous monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessments.

Legal Research & Analysis:
Navigate the complexities of national and international law with detailed legal research and policy analysis.

Parliamentary & Legislative Processes: Strengthen parliamentary functions, legislative research, and public engagement.

Justice & Judicial Reform: Shape policy and reforms that contribute to a more just legal system.

Human Rights Advocacy: Promote human rights through oversight, legal analysis, and impact assessments.

Migration Research & Management: Address challenges related to migration through informed research and innovative solutions.

Key Qualifications

Education: Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) relevant to your chosen field of expertise.

Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience in the thematic areas you wish to be considered for.

Competencies: Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and complex projects.

Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic, with excellent written and spoken English.
